Prior to Starting Your Exam

Please review the following prior to logging into your examination:

• Please be aware that maintenance on the examination platform is performed the 3rd Saturday of every month from 4 am to 10 am EST. The exam may be accessible during maintenance times, but disruptions may occur.
• We do not recommend completing the examination on a tablet or phone. Although the exam will perform on these devices, there is the possibility of issues with saving of answers and screen resolution.
• If you are taking a timed exam, please monitor your time using the small timer included on the exam page.

Logging in to Your Exam

Once you are ready to being, you will redirected to the secure website of our examination vendor (QuestionMark). Clicking on the "Log in to My Examination" button below constitutes your agreement that you have read and understood the confirmation email from MROCC with your logon instructions.  Failure to follow the directions in that email may result in loss of your score.  No refunds will be awarded in such cases and additional fees may be incurred.
