 Online Security Statement

The security of your information is important to us whether you’re registering for an MROCC examination or updating your contact information.

È What we do

To keep your information safe, we:

  • Use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) — All online registrations and MRO searches made on our website are protected by SSL, the standard for Internet security. Additionally, all your information is encrypted to ensure privacy and security when you view it.

  • Maintain firewalls — All of our computers are firewall-protected, preventing unauthorized access to your records.

  • Monitor industry standards — We regularly review online security standards to make sure that we are using the most up-to-date techniques and technologies.

È How to determine site security

Look at the location — or URL — field at the top of your browser window. A secure URL contains an “s” in the http designation (https://), while non-secure URLs do not (http://). Many browsers also show a padlock icon on the lower right or left corner of secure pages.

È How do I turn on SSL?

SSL is the default setting in most browsers. If SSL becomes disabled in your browser, you will receive an error message whenever you try to view secure pages on our website.  Check with your Browser's help site to determine how best to correct.
