Gaining access to your personal information requires entering your social security number.
We do this as an added layer of verification so that both you and MROCC are confident your
personal information in the MROCC database is being accessed by you or someone you have
designated. You may also provide us with an alternate nine-digit number which can be used
in place of a social security number. Please contact MROCC for details. Be aware, however,
that it will be your own responsibility to remember this nine-digit number in the future.
MROCC upholds strict policies with regard to the privacy of your information. For this reason,
basic listings in the MROCC online directory do not include street addresses, certification
number, expiration dates or other information that may be compromised by someone
attempting to gather personal information.
Only Medical Review Officers opting for an expanded listing on the MROCC web site have a
street address, fax number, web site, map to their office and other detailed information about
their MRO services posted for public review. See the expanded listing details for further
information, sample expanded listing web page, and cost.
